Is it okay for your parents to hit you?

it depends on how your acting , the hitting is 100% okay if your just acting stupid , name calling really is not the proper way for a parent to deal with their child.

As far as I am aware physically hitting a child is against the law; there have been cases where just tapping a child had ended up with a criminal conviction for the parents. Many think this should be a moral issue rather than a legal one, as many people think tapping a child will stop them doing certain things which may deem as dangerous and counts as a warning, but it is still illegal in the eyes of the law and should be reported to your School who have an obligation to report it to the correct authorities.
