There's nothing wrong with a man crying, crying is not just "for girls" it's a natural response to dealing with most kinds of trauma. So no, it does not make you less manly. That's like saying does sneezing make you less manly.

It is definitely ok for a man to cry any time you feel like crying and if anything it makes you more manly because you're showing bravery by letting your feelings out in such a great way. It is a very natural response to many things in life and helps you grow as a person.
