My mom used to work a vitamin shop and she said that probiotics are good for my digestive system (even for weight loss) but she won t let me get any because she said I m fine. I know Im not obese or anything, but I fear that its going to get more harder to lose weight when Im older as oppossed to now.
I am extremely lazy and I dont get out that much (im an introvert) meaning that I barely get enough exercise. I know for a fact that Im not excercising nearly as much as I should for my age.
I want to explain to her why I want to take them, but I dont want her to think that Im questioning my weight at a young age.
Im sorry if this is a stupid question, i was just wondering. But I would like to hear others opinions on this topic
