I've had this problem for like 9 years,and I've suffered with it alot,I don't bite my nails I just actually cut it using my other hand,if you haven't gotten this problem before then you have to know its almost impossible to get rid of it,i think it's so common though,I don't wanna get it done at the salon because Im too embarrassed to show my nails there,but my mom wants me to get them done there,she is also quite mad at me because of this bad habit,I just can't help it...I don't even know why i have it! I tried alot,so hard all ways to stop,its so exhausting! Whenever I actually finally stop,I start all over again..also like I said,how am I gonna get them done when they look so disgusting because of this habit?! Please reply asap!!! Thanks. >.<
