I have these dreams sometimes where i cut myself cooking or scrape a knee on a walk at the park and i can physically feel the pain from when those things happen, about a night ago i had a dream in where my stomach was cut open and was left open gushing blood and fat, i slightly awoke and could feel the pain in my stomach of it bleeding and being cut open, ive had these dreams before but none as bad as this one, is this normal?

well as far as i know it is not normal...... it might be that you have touched something that cause you to a physical thing.... and there is no reason for you to be hurt... cause it was just only a dream which is.... a sort of imagination of a human brain while at sleep
