Friction during sexual intercourse can cause ur vagina to dry out if it isn't lubricated enuff. Try using KY or another lubrication next time to prevent it.

Yes it's pretty normal , if sex is rushed ( no foreplay ) you were not wet enought to receive his penis, even if you thought you were.
