My younger brother is treated better he is never yelled at and the rules he has arent strict at all and he is often aloud out even if he dosent do his chores while im often yelled at and not aloud to step a foot outside of the house without being interrigated i never do anything extremely wrong like get suspened or detentions and for the most part a b and c student is .it something im doing? i do my chores and try to stay out of there way

Fairness isn't a global term, it varies greatly based on circumstance. Relying on such claims for leverage may perform as expected occasionally, when it's an intended goal; however, this sort of envy won't get you anywhere.
Regarding the yelling, they either have a purpose of getting your attention, or due to impatience, loss of composure. You need to tell them you don't appreciate being yelled (without making any comparison), make an agreement to abide by their rules in order to obviate the necessity of vociferations.
Nobody really likes chores, but once you move out, living the bachelor life, you'll be stuck with the lot of them. You can learn how to mix them with more pleasurable activities, such as music or imagination, to neutralize some of the dullness. Study well so you may qualify to the kind of job you like, rather than unskilled labour which is basically an extension of chores.
