I've been dating a person that is 19 and I'm 15. Is it illegal?
It depends on which country your from, different countries have different laws. In many countries it would be illegal since a 19 year old is often seen as an adult and a 15 year old as a minor in the eyes of the law.
You can "date" anyone you want. Age of consent deals with the age when you can legally have sex.
No it is not illegal depending on your state i live in Texas and here a lot of people date like that Im 12 and my boyfriend is 15 plus that's really your parents disition my parents know and they don't care as long as I do age appropriate things and I actually know what I'm getting into
