Romans 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
Most Christian denominations are completely astray, not teaching doctrines, sometimes not even knowing what they are supposed to believe. Christians are not encouraged to read the bible so they just never discover the greatness of what they claim to follow.
1 Corinthians 10:25 Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:
26 For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.
(shambles = grocery store)
There are many people who wish they had chicken to eat any time of the year including Christmas.
Christmas is suppose to be Christ birthday, however since there is no scriptural record of it ever being celebrated at all in the Bible it would be hard to say, from God's view if it would be a sin.
Interestingly, the Bible gives no indication that Jesus ever celebrated his own birthday or anyone else’s. In contrast, he did command his followers to commemorate his death.—Luke 22:19.
Chicken is one of those foods, that is easy to prepare easy on the pocket and most people can eat it.
However although the Bible does not speak about chicken, this is what The Bible says, about what goes in the month and out of it @ (Matthew 15:11) It is not what enters into a man’s mouth that defiles him, but it is what comes out of his mouth that defiles him.”
