For instance, you hit a man that shoots at your husband to defend him. He is dead in one blow, but he mannaged to kill your husband. In emotion, you hit him again. Is this illigal or will this be tolerated?

Sorry but I am not not knowledgeable about laws. But it is depend on your countryi f it is tolerated or not.
It's a very good question. Technically, he may not be a corpse because there is no true "moment of death". Death itself is a process (in the same way that life is).
I think a lawyer would actually use you hitting the semi-dead person to reduce your sentence, showing that the emotion of the situation had overcome you and proving that this was manslaughter as opposed to premeditated murder. Manslaughter carries a lesser sentence because it's less serious a crime.
Thanks. I hope I'll never be in a situation like that. Sounds horrible to lose a loved one and go to prison.
Yeah, I hope so to. I know this kind of thing happens every day but I hope it'll never happen to us!
Ok, but it is done in selfprotection, or in this case, protection of your husband. Apart from being a sin or not, is it tolerated or illegal?
