Is it counted as a kiss if you kiss a paper and stick it to a girl's lips?

ok. it's like this... we are best friends for 1 year his a boy and i'm a girl. one day he told me that if he kiss me, what will I react? then I said nothing because I want to. Because I loved him but he didn't know that. then he pick a paper and he starts to kiss it and he suddenly stick it to my lips. I just want to know if it is counted as a kiss. Because I'm totally speechless when he did that to me and i'm so in love that day. and I felt something wet and I thought it was he's saliva, is that counted as a kiss?
