Hey.
I want to know wether its better to workout every day of every week, or to work out every day of every OTHER week.

I ask this because admitibly it has became hard to find the motivation to go the gym every single for 2 hours especially when in the summer its like 120 degress, and probably much more in the gym itself. And also because my muscles tend to be still sore into the next week, even tho i train each muscle group once a week, And this has led me to believe that a week of proper wrest time would be more benificial then hitting it every day.
So what do you guys think?
