It is okay to like whatever you wish as long as you consider others. I enjoy horror but I wouldn't put up grotesque posters where others could accidentally see.
Kids at school will always find something different about others and use it against them. Try to ignore them, they often get bored.
Are there any kids at school you are friends with, stick with them.
