I am not a doctor so I am just telling you what I believe. I don't think that the hunger part is bad, since you can feel a lot of things when you sleep which are caused by your brain (because you are sleeping) in the same way you feel fear or even cry while you sleep (because of dreams) The pain part, it happened to me quite a lot of times (while seeing a dream) - I don't know if what you are experiencing is while seeing a dream or not- I had a dream a couple of days ago, where I was shot at my back and felt a very sharp pain (really felt it) but when i woke up I knew it was just a dream and there was no more pain because I was awake and what I felt in my dream was not real but part of my imagination. However, if the pain you experience is not during a dream but you are really in pain, maybe you should check the way you sleep, because if you sleep in a weird position it might cause your body to ache. It also happened to me. When I open my eyes in the morning my body is aching, but as soon as I move a bit the pain goes away. Maybe is because you stay in a certain position putting pressure on certain parts of your body (muscles, bones) for many hours and that causes the pain. I don't know, these are just some of my ideas. I don't think the hunger part is any bad or dangerous, but if the pain you feel is real and not in a dream and happens very often, I suggest you see a doctor :)
