From "God" to a multiverse to ghosts I cannot find myself to believe in anything. Is that a bad thing? I heard once that it is a greatly heightened awareness and that its actually a really good thing, but...is that true? Is this good or bad?

You cant say its bad or good the question is why?
Why you dont believe?
And are you sure?
I think People need God "Allah"
you see when you're sick do you ask God "Allah" for your health?
And If you survive from something bad do you say thank God "Allah" im alive?
By the way Im muslim that why i say Allah.
Maybe the reason why you don't believe is because you haven't found any real basis, sound, concrete evidence on whether or not something it true or not. Some people feel that faith is blind. But genuine faith is based on concrete convincing evidence that something is true. And give a sound reason for believing something in the future even though it has not happened yet. What I would like to do is assist you with examining the bible and see what it really teaches. Many have been surprised to learn that most of what religions teach is not found in the bible, and the bible harmonizes with science as well, not against it. There is no obligation and costs you nothing.
Or you may want to go to jw.org and make your own personal request. While on the site you can type in any question you may have and you will be brought to answers from the bible not the opinions of man. I look forward to hearing from you.
It's good not to believe in anything but it's not good to remain like that all the time. We must discriminate between black and white, or whether it is grey. But we have to ask questions and investigate till we realize. We should not blindly accept what we are taught or what people say. No doubt there is something called consciousness that heightens awareness but how do you believe it? You don't believe it, you experience it. You must go in quest of it. You must yourself know what it is, then seek it and then experience it. That is the way to realization or to enlightenment.
