Is it appropriate or professional for your boss to cry in front of you during work conversations?

I don't think cryin' is wrong. I doesn't matter which profession you perform, cryin' is a part of our daily life. Your boss may have a hard time and is probably gettin' too emotional about some subjects. But it is not to blame. I once had a teacher cryin' in front of me. I was the only one left in class. The class was horrible they didn't appreciate anythin' what the miss said. So after class I decided to apologize in name of the whole class. When I did, she started cryin' and hugged me etc. What I mean is that your profession or rank has nothin' to do with your race. After all we're all just humans not robots;)
