He and I dated 7 years ago. We still talk on the phone now and he says he loves me and wants to marry me. He is a very sensitive and passionate deep emotional guy. a year after we split I had moved away and he asked me to write him letters. I sent him one, he sent me one back and that was it. Since then we got back in touch two years ago, he contacted me and I went to visit him. We talked on phone every few months. A year or so later I sent him a CD and then a few months later I sent him a letter. He says he loves me and cant stop thinking about me. I sent him another letter. It was all about our special memories. Do you think this will scare him away?

I've received (and sent) love letters from/to people I've been interested in romantically. I very much like it as it gives you a chance to get all your deeper thoughts out. Plus, receiving one is very nice. It makes you glow to think someone in the world feels all that about you. Good luck! :)
