Is hydrogen acidic, basic or neutral in nature...??

That depends on how you want to think about it. There are three different definitions of acid. Hydrogen easily loses an electron, which means it's a metal, and the remaining proton is one definition of an acid, but you still need to think about where the electron went. So the answer is acidic, sort of.
