Is human rgb or cmyk?

Details:

am an 3D Generalist i can't decide what should i go with in my 3d modal, so tell me what shell i use for human character rgb or cmyk. i like to make it realistic as possible.

Human vision is red blue green, same as all living creatures. Those are called the primary colors for lights, which means additive colors. Yellow magenta cyan and black are primary colors for paints, which means subtractive colors.
