HIV is a virus and AIDS is a disease.. so can you get rid of it?

No....it is something you have to live with all your life.   Today can be controlled with medication before it killed.   Suggest you educate yourself on this topic or talk to your doctor.    This is not something to be take litely - this a very very serious condition which can be transmitted!!!!!!!

Mostly likely you have both to get rid of them you have to have sex with the person you got them from but it was me and i don't want yo ulgy ass anymore :)
