Is gastric sleeve procedure safe? What about the success rate? Would i really lose a lot of weight?

you would be wasting your time and money. the best way to lose weight is always going to be eating less and exercising more while making healthier choices with the foods you eat.
you can still eat the foods you like, just less. try to cut your portions in half or follow the portion sizes on the nutrition facts on the foods you eat. the average portion for ground beef for example is about one cup, for a snack like chips lets say Doritos is about ten to twelve chips. another tip that will really help, is quitting things like candy, frozen foods ect. the frozen foods are high in salt and bad fats. the candy obviously is high in surgar and carbs.
you will be hungry for at least the first week maybe two. but it's worth it. i've recently got into cooking homemade recipes. you need to be willing to give up some foods. i gave up candy, frozen foods and ice cream ect. i've already lost about thirty pounds.
