Is felony dui in Mississippi mandatory sentence?

not sure about there hate to be the one that tells you but one DUI here is enough to cause suicide. i would expect the worse and hope for the best. felony tells me its DUI plus...not good.my experience from what i seen here dont waste your money on a lawyer....court appointed is just as good....
