the reverse won't engage on my 2006 grand Cherokee, forward is ok. one mechanic says its transfer case motor or motor's sensor.
Please note: a) there is eshing sound when I try to engage the reverse b) 4WD won't engage c) "4WD system malfunction" DTC shown on the scan tool
