My doctor's billing service sends out payments only occasionally. I paid the last bill, in full and on time, leaving a zero balance. I received a call from the service four months later, complaining that I hadn't made any further payments. On what? I don't have any bills from you. "Oh, we don't send monthly statements."

I insisted they send me a bill, and when received it stated "you must make a monthly payment."

I have never missed a payment in the 19 years I've been with this doctor, but his most recent billing service is horrendous! HELP!!!!!
