Is computer science and engineering just same as computer science?

Engineering deals with the optimization of hardware, whereas science is more software oriented / pure.
Nevertheless, the degree title means little (save for the impact in the resume, space wise). Most courses overlap, you need to check the few exceptions to know for sure. As such, no reason you can't pick one now then transition to the other should your preferences divert.
