What exactly do you mean by "cloud vapor"? A cloud is not vapor and vapor is not a cloud. There are many kinds of so called humidifiers on the market which do not directly humidify the air; they only throw out water droplets. If you breathe steam you are inhaling water droplets, not humidity and not vapor. You also run the risk of scalding your nose, so be careful. If you have one of the cheap humidifiers you get cold water droplets with some risk of inhaling whatever microbes might be floating in the air, or dust dissolved in the water. A lot of humidifiers have been removed from the market for that reason.

Overall, I would say you need to learn what the words mean and figure out exactly what you are looking for, then study the market to see what is currently considered safe enough for human use.

To quit smoking: just decide you don't smoke now. Don't quit, just change your mind. That's what I did. After five years I still tell people I never quit smoking, I only just refused to pay the exorbitant tax, and I never found any way to smoke without paying the tax.
