Is "boxy suit" an official type of suit or only an expression for an unshapely suit (not well cut)?

I never heard the term so I checked images.google.com and all the pictures just looked like suits. I tried google.com for a general definition and found none. It must be someone's opinion about the overall appearance of a specific suit.
