Is bandit a strong card in clash royale?

Of course every card I’m the game fits only in certain decks, but bandit is one of few exemptions. From 3 musketeers to pekka control you see her every where. She is incredibly versatile and punishing costing only 3 elixir. She also has great synergy with mega knight. Mega knight tank and kill ground hoard troops while bandit provide the back up stab damage.
