All motion is relative to something else. "At rest" means only that the thing you are measuring is moving at the same speed as the thing you are standing on.
Sun
The sun may appear to be stationary to us as re all revolve around it. However, the sun is in motion as well. And we are going with it.
Imagine swinging a yo-yo around your head while you are walking. In this representation you are the Sun and the yo-yo is Earth.
Just because we don't see the Sun moving, doesn't mean that it's not.
