It means One-Time-password.It is an automatically generated numeric or alphanumeric string of characters that authenticates the user for a single transaction or session.

I basically have an app on my phone that uses mobile phone numbers to have a OTP code sent to but I'm trying to get it the code sent to various numbers so I'm trying to use a VoIP number but it won't accept that or at least it says doesn't accept some of those so I'm trying to find a way around there for OTP codes to be able to be sent to voip numbers
