I sold a company a 150K website and collected 4% commission on it. The website requires monthly maintenance that equals approximately $1500.00 / month. Am I entitled to the same 4%. No payment structure whatsoever exists at my place of employment and the 4% was arbitrarily decided once the sale of the site was complete. I'm just wondering if there is any precedent or ruleset for this kind of thing?
