Say someone hits another vehicle due to negligence. Would the insurance company cover any of the costs?
if the accident was that persons fault then the insurance company might not cover anything. it depend on what u are insured on but I hope this helps whether the accident was cause by negligence it is still that persons fault accident or not. XP
