Is a 63% percent in grade 8 math a passing grade for a final exam? that was my score...is it consisered an f?

It really depends on how your school does it, because a %63 is close to the border of an F and a D-. For example, in my school, anything below a %60 would be an F, but in other schools, a %65 would be considered an F. But because your in 8th grade and the grading isn't that strict, i'd say you passed with a D-. :)
