I'm 12 and am flexible. Am I too heavy?

Hi, Jaida! Being an experienced cheerleader and having been a flyer, base, and back spot I understand how you are feeling. There is no such thing as being too heavy to fly, as long as you have lots of muscles and are very strong in your stomach muscles and in your leg muscles you will be a great flyer. Being flexible is also a huge help, because there are many fun stunts that require a lot of flexibility on the flyers part. I think you will be a great flyer if you just try your best and have a great attitude. Also, a tip to flying is to help lift yourself up. Don't count only on your bases and back spots, lift your butt and chest up and stay tight. I hope I helped answer your question, good luck :)
