Is 0.01 MB enough to access a web site or a couple photos on my phone?

Is 0.01 MB enough to access a web site on my Verizon Wireless phone or a couple of images or would it show more data? it is not a smart phone neither can anyone please help me with this? :)

What I mean by accessing it.. meaning on the Internet on the phone..

No,u wont be able to see photos with 0.01 mb because the photos itself are more than that size

0.01 is not an MB its KB.And with KB u can not do ANYTHING......not even a website.
