You'll be asked about your work history, your skills and what you have to offer your employer.
Show up groomed and well, via presentation.
Show up confident in your skills required to do the job, therefore letting your employer know that you have the ability.
Show up with a game plan that you are in it for the long term. Remember, employers spend thousands of dollars per year on you! be determined that you are the right person for that job and that you will show up on time, take proper breaks and do your best, because they are going to pay you thousands per year.
Show up with the right mind set. Be polite and thankful, conveying that you have an attitude worth investing in. And too upon reflecting your work history- since you don't have one, use the chores you did around the house or volunteer work you've done- and let them know you made a connection with people by doing some king of work. Do you play in a band? Then you worked to perform a song. Did you play sports growing up? Then you worked to achieve the skills to become a leader and a team player. Got good grades? Then you worked for your good grades
Finally, references and network. Have you made any connections in your past history at school or wherever? A person who conveys as a good friend will go a long way, but remember to maintain professionalism. You are there to be the best person for the job and to stand out above the rest!
You can do it! Might I suggest a book from the library about nailing the interview? Either way, by asking the question, you are showing determination that you really want the job. I believe that if you have presentation in professionalism, convey ability that you're capable of being the best person for the job, show them you are determined, show them that you have an attitude worth investing in and convey that you maintain healthy relationship (network), then you'll probably get it!
Stick to it, that is the key. I wish I lived that motto, but I was too young even yesterday, so to speak. Stick to it, follow your dreams and become a success, good luck my friend.
