Recently posted at a new duty station in japan, the base internet given is aweful, the biggest problem is the random mini disconnections, often for a period of 2-3 seconds every minute or so. Playing a game everyone will walk in place. loading pages now and again will think theres no internet connection until you refresh. Its mildly annoying. Is this a router or modem problem? what should i look for when getting a new one?
