My girlfriend tells me that intercourse feels the same with & without a condom. Is this a condom or specific experience? And are there condoms that she could definitely tell the difference with?.... Why does each experience feel the same to her?

Condoms made of latex have a different feel from condoms made of animal products. The ones made of animal products can be washed and reused. Latex is cheaper, so if you don't know a brand name, get the most expensive one.
