I am in a precarious position where someone who is working for my Company claims to have software that she built/coded that allows her to target specific Instagram users and land on their Explore Page. I do not believe this is possible because in a sense that would mean she has 'beaten the IG algorithm' for your Explore page.
This person is charging my Company a lot of money to do this and the owner of my company does not believe me that this isn't possible.
Can you confirm there is NO WAY that someone has built this software to allow her to place our content on the Explore Pages of Instagram to a targeted audience?
