Instagram account wont let me log on????

I've had this issue before- and I haven't quite been able to fix it. BUT for me, it was only the device I was on that disabled me from getting on

If available, try to login to Instagram using a different device then you were originally trying.

This worked for me- but I'm still trying to figure out why it disabled in the first place. I'll tell you if I find anything.
