1 month ago, I was getting ready to leave for marine basics, a week before my schedule date I did pull up work outs to get my pull ups done, we did one workout a day for 5 days, I was so sore on the 2nd day I couldn't extend my arms but I still did the workouts, I've never been so sore in my life, a day before I was suppose to leave I couldn't do any pullups to ship out. I was able to do 5 before we did the workouts. I wasn't able to leave due to the pullups standard and now it's been about a month and still can't do any pull ups, I get up in a bar and nothing hurts but I can't even get half of one, am I injured or what?
