I was told I have a UTI, kidney infection and lung infection. I've been on Cipro for 10 days now and the pain is still there. It hurts. The doctor i went to is terrible and can barely work, but I have no other options. Does anyone know what it could be?

Urinary tract infections can ascend into the kidneys and give cause to infections there. This usually presents with fever, lower back pain, blod (red) in the urine.
You've been prescribed Ciprofloxacine, which is what is used as first line antibiotic for this condition. However, if you do not feel any better it is possible that you are infected with a bacteria which is resistant to Cipro. E-coli is restistant to ciprofloxacin in 10-30% of the cases.
It is vital that you contact your doctor to get your urine checked for bacteria and to see which antibiotics they are sensitive against.
If you do not contact your doctor, and the infections continues, you will develop renal scar tissue and have worse kidney function.
Cipro is a poor choice for pneumonia because certain bacteria, pneumocci and streptococci, are less sensitive.
