Ineligible for Special Forces selection due to diastolic BP below 60. How do I temporarily raise it?

So I've done all the necessary paperwork to go to selection, but my diastolic blood pressure is below 60 so I'm ineligible unless I get it above that. How do I raise it for a short few minutes to get it above that number?
