Would it be considered incest if you're dating your cousins sons aunt. My cousin is female and she has a son and the aunt is the dad's sister not my cousin's sister. They're not married so I'm confused about if this is or isn't incest

theres a blood line involved so its very possible not alot but there is blood line there so at this point its very possible what the difference is how does this effect them and how do they feel about each is it enough to care about something like that how would the family feel about it thats the bottom line on issues like this
