In which part of a computer keyboard and monitors plugged?

monitors go to video card which is on a PCI slot on the motherboard unless it's an on board video card which would be attatched directly to the motherboard without the use of a PCI slot.

Keyboards and mive are entered through any available usb port (front or back) which connect to the motherboard as well.
