In what age group is drugs most popular?

I think it depends on the country and the drinking age in that said country. In my experience people start to do drugs either in the awkward years between being to old for kiddie discos and too young to go out to proper clubs or after they have been attending these clubs for awhile and they've lost there gimmick, they tend to use drugs to liven up the scene.
