iam searching a digestion model for dietary fiber by using enzymes such as cellulose and xylanase, if someone have any knowledge related to model please guide me.

Fiber is not digested. Fiber does only two things: it absorbs water, and it takes up space. If you don't swallow enough you will get a very painful condition called diverticulitis.
