I just want out of the lease. I have a baby coming in a matter of weeks and they have sprayed and sprayed.

You said they sprayed, who ur landlord? I think you should seek free advice from a lawyer that works pro-bono. I had an issue with nasty ants all over our kitchen and all I did was complain with no results. I live in Maine, so the laws might be different, but in our state we have to submit the landlord a written complaint after a verbal before we take him to court. In your lease, does it say that you can terminate the lease with a 2 week notice as long as you pay that rent for that month? Look up the tenant laws in your state. If that doesnt help, just leave the lease, u have a baby to be concerned about, any judge would consider that grounds for termination.
