What I get out of it may be completely different from others, but i understand that we are told that if we are with Christ, then we are the body of Christ, even though we're all different, we're still the same. For everyone that follows God, we have to all go through the same trials, believe that he's our father, love one another, and try our best to walk a sinless life. And saying that is saying we're all the same in different ways. We all have the same requirements. Like it says in the verses, "neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male or female. We're all made for the same reasons. And we're all one body.
