In the accident of car and a fly, who will experience a larger amount of force and why?

Acording to Newton's laws of motion, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. So when a fly collides with a car, both have equal forces acting upon them, but because f=ma and the fly has so much less mass, it will have a much higher acceleration. That is why the fly is squashed and the car is not.
